Yoga is best done weekly with a teacher initially, and we recommend starting with a six week course which will give you a good grounding. Once you are happy with the movements, you can decide if you want to continue weekly, fortnightly or monthly. It is also best to do some yoga at home a few times per week to get the best benefits. We will design a home programme for you once we’ve established what is suitable for your individual needs.
