Tai-Chi Classes I really do enjoy the classes and get a lot out of them but it’s difficult to express.

After an hour in Karen’s Tai Chi class I always feel both calm and energised at the same time. I am ready to go away and get on with anything that I have been avoiding. I am ready for action. I feel I get myself to a place where I am truly in focus and feel good about myself and what I am doing.
