Karen is a Remedial Yoga Teacher and Holistic Consultant. Having personally suffered from digestive health problems for over 10 years, Yoga, Relaxation, breathing techniques, NLP and mindfulness have helped enormously in improving physical problems and anxiety.  She runs regular classes, retreats and workshops to improve overall health and wellbeing.

About Susan Hart

Susan is a nutritional coach for individuals, groups and organisations. As a Chef, Susan writes a monthly Restaurant Review for the Evening Post and delivers wellbeing workshops at Maggie’s Cancer support centre at the City hospital in Nottingham. She is passionate about healthy eating and how you can use it to help improve your digestive and overall health.
