Movement and Mindfulness class in Gunthorpe – first class free for new students

Come to our new Movement and Mindfulness class in Gunthorpe

Thursday mornings, 9.30am to 10.30am (school term-time only)

We’re really excited about our new Movement and Mindfulness class starting on 11th January 2018 at Gunthorpe Village Hall.  You’ll learn simple movement and mindfulness techniques in this new class to:
– Improve your overall sense of health and wellbeing
– Reduce stress and anxiety
– Release yourself from the ‘chattering monkey’
– Learn to respond, rather than react
– Learn the healing art of Chi Kung movement
– Discover Eastern Energy exercises
