We’re really excited about our new Movement and Mindfulness class. You’ll learn simple movement and mindfulness techniques in this new class to:
– Improve your overall sense of health and wellbeing
– Reduce stress and anxiety
– Release yourself from the ‘chattering monkey’
– Learn to respond, rather than react
– Learn the healing art of Chi Kung movement
– Discover Eastern Energy exercises
